Directed a product design team in creating a voice user interface (VUI) mobile operating system focused on enhancing well-being and safeguarding human attention. Stepped in as interim CEO, efficiently managing daily operations, leading the executive team, and maintaining positive investor relationships.
Established and directed the Brand Experience team at Uber, a 35-member cross-functional design team collaborating with marketing and product groups. Spearheaded the rebranding of Uber, resulting in recognition as the best rebrand of 2018 by Adweek and Brand New. Led the brand and product experiences surrounding Uber's IPO at the NYSE in 2019 and played a key role in the design and launch of Uber's first fintech product, Uber Money.
His team Made substantial contributions to the improvement of Uber's safety communications through close collaboration with the Safety Product and Marketing teams. Directed the redesign of Uber.com, ensuring AAA accessibility across all of Uber's web and product interfaces. He led the development of Uber Move, a proprietary 13-language typeface, contributing to Uber's debut on the Best Global Brands list.
Co-founded and successfully led MM, an award-winning brand and product design firm serving significant clients such as Amazon, Nokia, XBOX, Genentech, and Facebook. Managed a talented integrated design team responsible for User Experience, User Interface, Brand Identity, Marketing, Brand, and Product Strategy efforts.
Peter was one of two designers that made the original Facebook logo, and the one that told Mark he should lose the “The,” not Justin Timberlake😀.

Developed SocialPack, a platform that enables enterprise teams to stay connected to industry thought leaders during major conferences and social events. Held responsibility for Product Strategy, User Experience, and UI design for both native and mobile-web applications.
